هذا با اختصار محاوله من اخوكم الفقير لله mr.anatomy
اننا نجمع قد ما نقدر من النوتس في chapter 28
الا وهو باب الفيتامينات
زي ما انتو عارفين هذا الباب اللي اعطانا اياه دكتور شريف:mad: :mad: احسن واحد يكتب اسئله في العالم
ف الدكتور ما قصر الله يعطيه العافيه
شايف ان lippincott
مو كفايه فحب انه يضيف بعض الشغلات ويسحب على بعضها
انا سجلت معه نوتس في folic acid
الاشياء اللي حسيته ركز عليها
بس يا شباب هذي النوتس ما تغني عن الtext
ارجوكم اقرو الtext وبعدين ارجعو لل النوتس
1.folic acid ( coenz is known as tetrahydrofolate)
(Remmeber its role in DNA synthesis)
* important notes
--- regarding its synthesis
U must remember
1. what are the compounds needed for its synthesis
A.pteridine precursor
B.PAPA
G.glutmate
2.what r the inhibtors of the enz involved in this pathway
a.enz dihydroptreoate is inhibited by sulanilamide
remember since reaction occur only in micooragnisim
it is used to kill them( antibiotic effect)
b.enz dihydrofolate reductease is inhibited by methotrexate
since this reaction occurs in both humans and microoragnisim it is used as
anticarcinogenic drug ……..why? becuz the carcinogenic cells divids rapidly needing
folic acid for the DNA synthesis
and by inhbiting the enz
it will inhibit there DNA synthesis……. Resulting in their death
c.dihydrofolate reductese in microoragnisim is inhibited by trimethoprim (so it has an antibiotic effect)
3.folic acid deficiency
Two types
a.drug induced (as in case of cancer patient )
b.not drug induced
*increased demand as in pregnancy or lactation
*bad absorption as in alcoholism or intestinal pathology
*malnutrition
What type of anemia is cuzed by its deficiency ????????
Megaloblastic anemia
Regarding its role in DNA synthesis
It gives carbon 2 and 8 in purine ring
