السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
هذا موضوع الأخت iris والذي وضعته بمنتدى الشكاوي والمشاكل
أدعو معي إن الله يفك أسرها :)

قرات سلايدات الاولاد بالhearing ولا حظت انو فيها نقاط ناقصة عن سلايداتنا (احنا البنات)
مع انو دكتورتنا لما قالت لنا عنها قالت انها مهمة او هي دائما تجيكو بالاختبار وما تعرفوها مع انها سهلة
بدون طولة سيرة ..
النقاط هي :
1. middle ear is air filled cavity
2. inner ar is bony and membranous labyrinth,and fluid filled cavity
3. nature of sound: alternate compression and rarefaction
4. quality is 1 of the sound charecteristics
5. and it depends on the overtone or interference
6. muscle contraction reflexly in response to loud sound(over 70 dB)imp.
7. they contract after and during constant loud sound
مهمة constant
8. الوقت اللي لازم تتعرض فيه الاذن للصوت لنقول انو constant
over 40-80 msec
9. the ratio between tympanic m. and ovale window = 17:1
10. بمحتويات الscalae قالتلنا اهم شي تعرفو انو الvestibuli & tympani متل الECF
يعني عندها الNa عالي وال K واطي والعكس بالmedia
يعني ما قالتلنا ارقام ولا من يحزنون
11. damage to outer hair cells>>>>>loss of hearing
12. damage to 1 side of the cortex >>>>>>>only slight reduce in hearing
13. حكت لنا عن :
masking effect, conduction of sound wave, conductive & perceptive deafness, tests of hearing
