• M protein is found only on group A & very important in pathogenicity.

• Clindomycin the best drug for treatment of necrotizing fascilitis.

• Non-supportive complication of group A due to immunologic reaction (not due to infection)

• Acute rheumatic fever may be repeated more than one time but glomerulonephritis only occur once.

• Penicillin essential in treatment of rheumatic fever but it is not important in glomeruolonephritis

• Group B cause 3 type of diseases in neonates (septicemia-meningitis-pneumonia)
